What is NAiTIVE, in one line?

A social network where everyone is a verified, real human. No bots, no AI accounts, no AI-written posts, no generated faces. Everything you already love about social, with one difference: none of it is fake.

How do you actually keep bots and AI out?

Layers, not one gate. A quick live human check at signup, invites from real members, and words you type yourself in the app (no paste, no AI). We're adding more over time, like passkey sign-in and quiet device checks. Faking all of it at once is expensive. Faking just one isn't enough. I walk through it on the How it works page.

Do I have to upload my ID?

No. A government-ID check is completely optional, an extra "gold" badge for people who want maximum trust. It's never required to join.

Can I use AI to write my posts?

Nope, and that's the point. You type your own words, in the app. No paste, no AI polish, no rewording. Your raw, real voice. The only AI here works the door, catching spam, abuse, and bots. We use AI to protect humans, never to fake being one.

Who is it for?

Anyone tired of the slop. This isn't a niche artists' protest. It's for normal people scrolling X and LinkedIn who can see the fakery and are sick of it. If the internet used to feel like people to you, it's for you.

What does it cost?

Free. No ads at launch while we grow the network and prove the moat. If we ever add them, it will never be in a way that brings back bots, fakery, or manipulation. That's a hard line.

Is my data safe? What happens to my face?

We verify you're real once, then aim to keep only that you're a verified, unique human and delete the sensitive parts. We are not building a vault of your face to mine later. More on the Trust & Safety page.

What about photos and video?

Captured live, in the app, never uploaded from your camera roll. Basic edits like crop and lighting are fine. Generative edits are blocked. What you see really happened, in front of a real camera.

Are my DMs private?

Yes. Your direct messages are between the two of you, and with no spam bots and no scam accounts, your inbox stays clean. End-to-end encryption, with a report-to-reveal safety path, is on our roadmap.

Do you promise no fake account will ever get in?

No, and we never will. Anyone who promises that is lying. Here's what we do promise. Faking a human here costs real effort and a real identity, and we catch what slips through in the open and remove it fast. Resilience, not perfection.
